Are your products cruelty free?


HerGroove is and will remain a cruelty-free company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow suppliers or affiliates to conduct testing on our behalf. We use alternative formulas when needed, plant based and botanical.




What are your ingredients?


HerGroove products are not tested on animals and do not include animal ingredients! We include Aqua,(water), Botanical Extracts, Peptides, Vitamins, Coconut Oil(Caprylic), DMAE,(skin stabilizer), collagen, and shea butter. These are just a few of our fabuous ingredients but as you can see, we take your overall health, make-up, and skin care seriously. *Product may have strawberry flavor added. Allergen Alert




Can I cancel my order once I made a purchase?


All sales are final. There are no refunds. No exceptions.




What forms of payment can I use?


HerGroove products may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Paypal. We do not accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All Sales Are Final.




How many items can I buy in one purchase?


There are no limitations on purchasing at this time.

Where does HerGroove ship to?


Currently we only ship to all 50 states in the US. Please allow 7-10 days for your purchase to arrive. During peak seasons, shipping may be delayed for up to 14 days.




What is your return policy?


All sales are final. We appreciate your understanding as we’re trying to bring high quality products to you while keeping them affordable. But we’ll gladly replace an item if it comes damaged in the package.(just contact us).
